also owned and managed her own business in the service industry for 8 years and in that time winning 2
Business Excellence awards for service and marketing and 7 industry awards for marketing, making her business
a leader in its field.
Janet and her husband Steve have a portfolio of investment properties, and having dealt with many different
agents from various real estate companies, Janet understands the importance of great customer service and good

Steve Houlihan, B.Sc. - Sales Manager
Steve is responsible for staff management (ie telling the
above pets what to do), accounts processing, website design and maintenance, writing our newsletter,
preparation of brochures and other marketing material, assisting with open homes, erecting marketing signage,
and general admin (ie doing what Janet tells him to do).
He has had a 30-year career in marketing, including 9 years as a Senior Trade Commissioner. He has a degree in
Mathematics, which means he is able to count to ten with the aid of a calculator.
