Property Inspections

Personal information is collected from visitors to open homes and other property inspections primarily for security purposes. Also, in order to assist you in finding a property, we may, unless you advise us otherwise, use that information to contact you about the property being viewed and other properties we think may be of interest to you.

If the information is not provided, we may not be able to provide certain services to you or grant you access to the property.

Property Listing

When listing a property for sale, it will be necessary for us to disclose certain details about the seller's property to third parties including potential buyers, newspaper and other media organisations involved in property advertising, persons engaged to evaluate the property, government and statutory bodies, and financial institutions.

Property Sale and Purchase

As you will appreciate, buying or selling a property requires a range of information about you to be collected, for such purposes as:

• providing sufficient information on the sale and purchase contract for it to be a legally binding contract

• to allow us to keep in contact with you to ensure you transaction goes smoothly, and to update you on the property market and our services from time to time.

You may have given us your email address at some time, such as through your signing up for our mailing list through this website. From time to time we may contact you using this email address, to provide information that we think you may find useful such as new listings, property market statistics etc.
