We were at first wanting to sell by listing our property with several agents as we know that there is a high demand in the market place and thought that it would sell quite quickly due to this factor. We has also had several experiences (although not directly) of agents that had promised the world with exclusive agency however had not delivered resulting in a lengthy time of property being on the market and the costs involved in doing this.

We listed with 2 separate agents and were given the run around, experiencing no shows from agents when we had made appointments. My partner took time out of his working day to attend to these appointments and the agents did not show the same courtesy back to us. They didn't show up and forgot about scheduled meetings for photo shoot of our unit etc.

When we met with you, you took the time to explain what you would do for us and the way in which you would look after us. We went through details of your history and experience in real estate marketplace as an agent around the Gold Coast region, how you reach the desired customers through various forms of advertising and your database and demonstrated your commitment to finding us the best possible buyer for our home and in doing so be able to get us the price that we desired for our home.

We signed up that evening and within 2 days you came to us with a buyer whom was keen to purchase our unit. The buyer, although interstate trusted you in purchasing this unit and this also meant a lot to us as the seller. A contract was signed within 24 hours and the contract was finalised and was unconditional several days later.

You were able to get us the highest price ever recorded in this complex at $285K for a 2bedroom unit. At the time there were several other units in the complex for sale making competition fierce, although sadly these units still are not under contract or offer. This just proves your fantastic sales knowledge in real estate and confidence when speaking with potential buyers.

Throughout this deal you constantly gave us updates on where we were up to with the contract and when appointments were made you were always on time, maintaining an experienced and professional demure.

My husband and I have been involved in buying and selling real estate on a regular basis for the last ten years. She held open houses more often than we could have hoped - weekends, public holidays, nothing was too much trouble. And she was honest with us every step of the way - there were none of the tricks and manipulations we had suffered from every other agent.
